Project context
Globalized Visa Experts is an immigration and visa services business targeting the UK, USA, France and international markets. I started on the project in July 2026 as SEO strategist and project manager. The project is ongoing.
SEO challenge
The site covers immigration, settlement, study-visa and visa-consultancy services across several markets. The recorded starting point was no organic traffic, no ranking keywords, 500 impressions and 2 clicks.
Objectives
- Develop an SEO roadmap for immigration, settlement, study-visa and visa-consultancy services
- Improve international search visibility
- Align content and page structure with search intent
Strategy
- Reverse-engineer competitors and research their content and technical approach
- Run content-gap analysis and search-intent research
- Turn the findings into a roadmap
Execution
- Conducted SEO reverse engineering, competitor research, content-gap analysis, technical opportunity analysis and search-intent research
- Developed the SEO roadmap
- Identified opportunities in FAQs, service-page structure, schema, content relevance, technical SEO and international search visibility
- Coordinated project tasks and SEO execution across the strategy and implementation workflow
Results

|---|---|---|
| Organic traffic | 0 | 500 |
| Ranking keywords | 0 | 50 |

My contribution
What I did
- Strategy: research, opportunity analysis and the roadmap
- Project management: coordinating tasks and SEO execution between strategy and implementation
Shared and site-level
Results are site-level figures for the period and reflect the combined work on the project, not strategy alone. The project is ongoing, so these are interim results.
Tools used
Core tools for this kind of work in my toolkit:
Key SEO insights
- Service-page structure and FAQs were among the page-level opportunities identified for a multi-service, multi-market site.
- Impressions grew faster than clicks (500 to 8.71K against 2 to 100): visibility is building first, and click-through is the next thing to watch.
