Project context

KKT Pakistan is a healthcare and medical services website in Pakistan. I supported its off-page SEO and authority building from February to May 2026. Results below cover February to April 2026.

SEO challenge

The site operates in a competitive healthcare market. At the start of the measured period it had 567 referring domains, 79 Google referring domains and a backlink profile that included low-quality link risks.

Objectives

  • Improve backlink quality and authority signals
  • Identify authoritative link-acquisition opportunities
  • Support search visibility in a competitive healthcare market

Strategy

  • Analyse competitor backlink profiles to find where authoritative links were being earned
  • Separate low-quality link risks from high-value acquisition opportunities
  • Treat link quality, not only link volume, as the goal

Execution

  • Conducted competitor backlink analysis
  • Identified low-quality backlink risks
  • Identified authoritative link-acquisition opportunities
  • Worked to improve backlink quality and authority signals

My contribution

What I did

  • Competitor backlink analysis, and identifying risks and acquisition opportunities
  • Off-page and authority-building support for the project

Shared and site-level

My role was support within a wider SEO programme. The traffic, keyword and Search Console gains are site-level results I contributed to, not results I delivered alone.

Key SEO insights

  • Referring domains grew from 567 to 1.2K while Google referring domains grew from 79 to 126. The two grew at different rates, so tracking both gives a fuller picture than either alone.
  • In a competitive healthcare market the work covered both sides of the link profile: reducing risk and finding authoritative opportunities.
